Handcrafted Jewellery as the name states is made by hand by skilled artisans. Each piece will look unique unlike the standardised factory product. Each piece is throughly checked before shipping - minor imperfections can be expected due to its nature of make. 

Brass is a flexible metal. Bending of jewellery is common and is not a defect or damage.

Natural stones come in unique shapes, colours & sizes. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Colour of Jewellery may look different on different screens as per your display settings or screen resolution.

Avoid all chemicals (including soaps, hair spray, makeup, perfume or lotion)

Avoid contact with Water (remove before bath, beach, swimming)

Store safely in a container box

Keep away from direct sunlight and heat

Remove your jewellery when sleeping

Remove during physical activities or workout

RETURNS

• You can return the product only if it is received in damaged condition.
• UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY. NO PAUSE OR CUTS WHILE SHOOTING.
• Package has to be opened within 2 days of receiving the product (the day the product is received is Day 1).
• Product is eligible for return if unpacking video captures damaged product.
• In this case, we will arrange pick up & bear the shipping charges.

REFUND

Except for the conditions stated below - No other conditions are considered for refund including and not limited to failed delivery, lost after delivery, sizing issues, incorrect address etc.

• Packages lost in transit when shipped by us. Refund will be sent after your intimation of non receipt.
• Returned (damaged) items: Refund in 7 days of receiving the product.
• Refund should reflect on your source of payment account as per bank timelines.

EXCHANGE

• If we have shipped the incorrect product, it is eligible for exchange.
• UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY. NO PAUSE OR CUTS WHILE SHOOTING.

CANCELLATION

• No cancellation after the order is placed.
