STORE PURCHASE

  • ALL STORE PURCHASES ARE FINAL.
  • Please ensure you have checked the jewellery throughly before packing. 

RETURNS

  • You can return the product only if it is received in damaged condition.
  • UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY. NO PAUSE OR CUTS WHILE SHOOTING.
  • Package has to be opened within 2 days of receiving the product (the day the product is received is Day 1).
  • Product is eligible for return if unpacking video captures damaged product.
  • In this case, we will arrange pick up & bear the shipping charges.


REFUND

Except for the conditions stated below - No other conditions are considered for refund including and not limited to failed delivery, lost after delivery, sizing issues, incorrect address etc.

  • Packages lost in transit when shipped by us. Refund will be sent after your intimation of non receipt.
  • Returned (damaged) items: Refund in 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Refund should reflect on your source of payment account as per bank timelines.

EXCHANGE

  • If we have shipped the incorrect product, it is eligible for exchange.
  • UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY. NO PAUSE OR CUTS WHILE SHOOTING.

 

CANCELLATION

  • No cancellation after the order is placed.
