STORE PURCHASE
- ALL STORE PURCHASES ARE FINAL.
- Please ensure you have checked the jewellery throughly before packing.
RETURNS
- You can return the product only if it is received in damaged condition.
- UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY. NO PAUSE OR CUTS WHILE SHOOTING.
- Package has to be opened within 2 days of receiving the product (the day the product is received is Day 1).
- Product is eligible for return if unpacking video captures damaged product.
- In this case, we will arrange pick up & bear the shipping charges.
REFUND
Except for the conditions stated below - No other conditions are considered for refund including and not limited to failed delivery, lost after delivery, sizing issues, incorrect address etc.
- Packages lost in transit when shipped by us. Refund will be sent after your intimation of non receipt.
- Returned (damaged) items: Refund in 7 days of receiving the product.
- Refund should reflect on your source of payment account as per bank timelines.
EXCHANGE
- If we have shipped the incorrect product, it is eligible for exchange.
- UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY. NO PAUSE OR CUTS WHILE SHOOTING.
CANCELLATION
- No cancellation after the order is placed.
